At San Rocco Italia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury fashion item is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original San Rocco Italia packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
